Position Name:HR & Admin Supervisor(Weekends Off)

Knowledge and Skills

  1. Be responsible for the company’s overall employee attendance management and salary-related matters; handle employee onboarding and offboarding procedures, promptly follow up on employees’ work performance, and promptly understand the reasons for employees’ resignation when they leave; manage insurance contributions (statutory social insurance) and handle employee work-related injury cases; formulate recruitment plans and conduct recruitment through various channels; manage employees’ probationary periods and formal employment confirmation, and promptly update the company’s employee roster.

  2. Be responsible for the overall planning and management of the company’s daily HR and administrative affairs; organize and implement the company’s internal meetings and events; handle and maintain external relationships related to the company’s HR and administrative affairs.

  3. Have at least 3 years of HR and administrative work experience, with relevant management experience in the manufacturing industry.
